FRANCE 2007

“I’ll go to Iceland on one condition, Tom, we go to France in April,” I repined last August. Well, I went to Iceland. (Actually, it was quite wonderful.) But it’s April now and I want to go to France! So, we leave tomorrow at daybreak for almost three weeks of Paris, Alsace, the French Alps, Provence and a quick trip on the ‘bullet-fast’ train TGV to Brussels, Belgium. As usual I will be posting images and words of our exploits. Stay tuned…

Hi Stacie, I hope you and your man Tom have a wonderful time. I would really like it if you would do me a favor.... I have heard that in Paris there is a building with the word LEX on it. That is my son's name who is the artist. If you happen to see that building would be so kind has to take a picture for me. Thanks......When is your next show????
Come on stacie-get on the old laptop-I'm dying to hear how much food Tom stored away on the plane and how you managed the horror of anothe long distance flight-plenty of cheap Vino perhaps?

Greetings Stacie and Tom,
Great insights as usual - I love the speeding metro image. Glad you made it to Shakes-a-Spear on the Left.

I was wondering why the Rodin sculpture has naked feet and isn't wearing running shoes like Tom's while his thoughts are racing?
Namaste.
Merci for the pictures...they bring back memories of my trip.
Glad you made it to the Rodin.
bon appetit
Stacie!
I love your pics and your journal. DID HE make it???
Training in Prescott and elsewhere - your vere OLD running mate - INge
Stacie-I am So sorry to hear about Toms waistline. The good news is I have some really nice tie-dyed bell bottom pants that are to large for me. They probably fit Tom now. My homecoming gift for you both.
